Service was excellent. What made it so was that it was joined up and I felt my needs were considered when arranging appointments, etc. Waiting times were minimal so I was in and out within the hour most days. Maybe a bit more info on arrival about any delays would be good as giving blood and clinics also had to be factored in but I was warned of delays on a couple of occasions. Staff were excellent. No complaints at all and the NHS deserves credit for what it is achieving here.
Amazing care from all staff. As well as the exceptional clinical care they provided a supportive caring environment which I am sure contributed to my recovery.
I was going to be late and the receptionist was extremely helpful.

I stayed on Smither and i can't express enough the great care i received from all the staff. In my opinion you can't improve this ward its excellent.
All staff have been brilliant and the staff on {} are excellent.
At Royal Marsden Sutton all the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable about cancer. They treat him as a whole person and listen to his needs. They adjust his medication very quickly to suit his needs.
